OK, so this marks the third blog I've had, and with it a few changes that maybe will let it outlast the first two.

1: Nice host.
I just sort of looked around for some good ones, and then I came across/remembered Blogger. Two big things that won me over were the concept that I could just use my Google account, and the fact that, in their introduction, they said-
"...in less than five minutes. Seriously." I could care less about five minutes, but the ". Seriously." part made me smile. Isn't that just like something I would say?
Also, it has nice formatting, you don't need an account to post, and it isn't associated with Microsoft in any way at all.

2: Easy-to-remember address.
paulm-unit.blogspot.com

3: Annoying "publicity campaign."
As soon as I finish this post, I'm going to go around and make sure everyone I know knows precisely what they're missing here.
Because, really, they are missing quite a lot.

4: Change in format / general purpose.
Rather than just posting random thoughts, trying to make it some kind of public journal, or showing you what I've been working on lately, I'm going to do all three, and then some.
I needed something to do in my massive chunks of free time that could distract me from Egoboo, Fafnir-Cola, Ring of Eshara, and all that other... uh, stuff-type stuff. Anyway, this blog should do that pretty well, and when it's not, you can be sure I'll be telling you how awesome Egoboo, Fafnir-Cola, and Ring of Eshara are. Because, well, they're awesome, all three. I can say that about Egoboo more than the other two because it's not something I made, just something I'm helping with.

5: Better schedule.
My first blog was published on the schedule of "Whenever I come up with something stupid to post." The second was "Whatever, but at least once a week."
This one will be "Every day, unless I don't feel like it." We'll see how long that lasts, but I'm kinda hoping it does last for quite some time.

Now that I've won over my "previous fans" (Sometimes I like to delude myself into thinking I have fans. It's kinda fun.), I'd better let the rest of you know what's going on here.
This is a blog.
I am me.
When you combine those two things, you get something very unhealthy.
...That said, though, it's pretty sw33t, yes.

Every day, you can more or less expect one or more of the following:
-Random ranting
-Some crazy idea(s) I came up with
-Details on my latest project(s)
-Links to dumb stuff I came across on the Internet
-Drawings
-Computery artwork
-Written weirdnesses
-Something stupid I recently did / saw
-A bunch of reasons why you should (read/watch/play) _____ because it's like the most awesome (book/movie/TV show/comic strip/video game/board game/card game/etc.) ever
-My opinions on current/recent events and occurrences
-My opinions on things that happened hundreds of years ago
-My opinions in general
-And much, much, more!

If that didn't convince you, what will?
Get a life, weirdo!*

*One could argue that that's actually my problem, but to be honest, I don't care or want to listen to it. At all.
